TDEE Calculator
Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) estimates how many calories your body uses each day based on your age, body size, and activity level.
TDEE is an estimate based on your activity level and may not reflect your exact calorie needs. Factors such as muscle mass, hormones, medical conditions, and other individual health factors can affect your results. TDEE is only one measure and does not determine eligibility for weight loss treatment. A healthcare provider will consider your overall health and medical history to determine whether treatment is right for you.
How this is calculated. Calculated with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the resting-energy formula recommended by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, multiplied by your activity factor. If you enter a body fat percentage, the Katch-McArdle formula is used instead.
